TRAILER PARK RULES 2007
Approved at the February 2007 Village Council Meeting

Rules are subject to change by vote of the Beulah Village Council. Each lot registrant will be given a copy of the revisions in a timely manner and will be required to sign and return a copy of same within one week of receipt of revision to the trailer park manager.

1. By signing a reservation request below, you acknowledge responsibility for compliance to the rules and regulations set forth by the Village Council.

PENALTY: Non- compliance with any of these rules may cause immediate expulsion from the trailer park, loss of lot rent and forfeiture of future reservations.

2. Rules are subject to change by vote of the Village Beulah Council.

3. The Village of Beulah is not responsible for any injuries sustained as park users. Any damages to personal property (boats, trailers, cars..) and / or theft.

4. Cancellations are for the entire season and forfeiture of future seasonal reservations. Refunds are subject to the seasonal lot being re-rented. Refund requests will be subject to a cancellation penalty of not more than 30% of the season lot rent and will be decided by the Village Council.

5. Parking is VERY limited. One vehicle is to be parked in front of your trailer. Extra parking is available where lot 19 stood. We ask that you do not park in the public parking area by the beach and tennis courts. Additional parking is available behind the village office. Boat trailer parking availability will be posted. The open lots in the trailer park shall NOT be used for watercraft trailer storage nor automobile parking.

6. The lot is registered to the head of the household (Mr. & Mrs. Or individual) listed on the application.

7. The season lot may be used by the lot registrant as well as the children or grandchildren of the lot registrant, one of which must be over 18, when the lot registrant is not present. The lot registrant accepts responsibility for the actions of their children or grandchildren and guests.

8. The season lot may not be used by these children without the lot registrant present for more than fourteen days throughout the season.

9. Use of the lot by anyone else is subject to immediate expulsion from the park and forfeiture of future reservations.

10. Trailers may not exceed 35 feet on the lakeside. Awnings are only allowed on one side of the unit. Awnings will be allowed over the windows if they do not extend past slide out. Expandos are allowed only if the applicable lot is available.

11. All trailers must have a sanitary seal around the sewer hose that fits into sewer cap.

12. One compact size refrigerator/freezer will be allowed next to the trailer.

13. Campfires are only permitted in the fire pit rings that are located on select waterfront lots. Stored wood cannot exceed a 3ft x 6ft single row. Please do not burn trash in these pits. Ashes from the fire pits must be disposed of into the METAL buckets labeled ashes that are located by the old bathhouse.

14. All trash shall be disposed of in the Village of Beulah garbage bags which are available for purchase at the Village of Beulah office. Trash is collected by the service on Tuesdays and Fridays. Exception is when a holiday falls on that day. Recycle bins are available in the park office.

15. Please remember to take with you all items brought by you. Pallets need to be returned to the back of the office.

16. No dog, cats or any type of pets will be allowed in the park, by renters and/or their guests.

17. All boat trailers shall be stored at a location determined by Village Council and posted in the club house. We recommend that you utilize a padlock on your trailer. The open lots in the trailer park shall NOT be used for watercraft trailer storage nor automobile parking.

18. Boats shall be moored in a secure manner and in line with the orange buoys or beyond the area between the orange buoys and the beach of the trailer park is considered the swim area for the trailer park residents.

A. With a handicap permit issued to the lot registrant, a boat 16 feet or less may be pulled up on the beach in front of their lot. In the case of a back lot registrant, a choice will be made with the assistance of the trailer park manager and/or chairperson, Parks & Rec.

B. Without a handicap permit, fishing boats may be pulled up on the beach before Memorial Day and after Labor Day.

C. Paddleboats and kayaks need to be stored under or next to the RV.

19. Swimming is at your own risk either at the public beach or the trailer park beach. No lifeguard is on duty.

20. No flotation devices, hoists or similar devices may be moored in the front of the trailer park.

21. Two pallets are provided per trailer.
