31 delinquent water bills – some did not receive bill – no shut off in December – personal property tax under $10.00, question filing in small claims court – will check minutes
Water/Sewer – Chairman Kilgus: Well project is underway – test well to check quality and depth of water – discussion ensued – Motion by Kilgus, support by Hansen to approve $5,500.00 for Gosling Czubak – water improvement engineering – Roll Call – AYES: Pallin, Rank, Kilgus, Hansen, Siderman, Kinzel, Hook – NAYES – NONE – MOTION CARRIED

Tentative approval of the $227,500.00 grant – not funded yet – for use on the beachfront renovations – application for energy grant – streetlights not firm, more engineering needed – applying for more grants – discussion ensued

New Business:

Sunday Liquor Law change – allows for selling liquor from 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM on Sundays – discussion ensued – determined no response by Village – leave up to the establishments
Sheriff's Snowmobile Program – Village has supported in the past – Motion by Hansen, support by Kilgus with $300.00 promotion – Roll Call – AYES: Siderman, Kinzel, Pallin, Rank, Kilgus, Hansen, Hook – NAYES – NONE – MOTION CARRIED
Public Input:
Harry Renn - questioned snow removal on sidewalks – businesses responsibility Kinzel to update letter and send to businesses
Phil Downs – Downs, Hook, and Damm working on common funding for Benzonia and Darcy Libraries – (would decrease Beulah millage) – placed on May ballot
Vicki Carpenter – Tim Quick donated Christmas trees for Beulah businesses and Village office – Christmas Magic and bake sale this weekend
Gary Siderman – thanks to all the help people have given – asked to have thank you placed in newsletter
