Meeting called to order by President Rank at 7:00 PM

Roll Call:  Hansen, Hook, Kilgus, Kinzel, Pallin, Rank, Siderman, Clerk Spencer

Pledge of Allegiance voiced by all

Guests:  2

No conflict of interest voiced by any council members

Resolution for EECBG Energy Grant read and reviewed – will commit The Village of Beulah to match up to $10,000.00 in funds – this is part of the overall Streetscape/Waterfront Revitalization Project

Motion by Kinzel, support by Hansen to approve Resolution 2011-1 – Roll Call:  AYES: Siderman, Pallin, Kilgus, Rank, Hook, Kinzel, Hansen – NAYES – NONE – MOTION CARRIED
